Dated June 1838.
The design has been backed onto paper, then fixed onto an antique paper surround.
Size of design: 12 x 16 cms or 4 3/4 x 6 3/4 inches.
Size of surround: 23 x 28.4 cms or 9 x 11 1/4 inches.
Condition: The surface of the design is damaged. This most noticeably at the corners. There are a few grubby marks and small spots across the surface. There is some residue of glue at the top right hand corner.
