A North Atlantic Right Whale and a Blue Whale.

French c. 1827.

Engraved by Bernard Direxit.

Black and white.

Size: 46 x 31 cms with the printed part of the image measuring 38 x 24.5 cms.

Printed on handmade paper with deckle edge. A crease runs through the center.

Condition: Very Good. The paper is a little browned at the edges. There are two faint spots of foxing on the piece. Otherwise no significant marks.
