Undated but known to be produced in the early part of the 20th Century.

Produced in Lyon when the city was a center for silk manuafacture.

Medium: Watercolour.

Size of design: 5.5 x 5.8 cms or 2 1/4 x 2 1/4 inches.

Size of surround: 22 x 28 cms or 7 1/2 x 10 1/4 inches.

Condition: Near Fine. There is some very slight, scarcely visible, damage to the top right hand corner. The design is otherwise very fresh. It has been backed with buff coloured antique paper and glued onto cream coloured modern card.
