Date: September 1908.

Produced in Lyons, France when the city was a centre for silk manufacture.

Medium: Watercolour and pencil.

Size of design: 5.8 x 6 cms or 6 7/8 x 6 7/8 inches.

Size of surround: 37 x 26.6 cms or 2 1/4 x 2 1/2 inches.

Condition: Very Good. The design has been removed from its original backing and remounted on antique paper using a very small amount of glue so it is possible it could be carefully removed if preferred. The image is fresh and clean.
