The manufacturers name and a design number is stamped at the center on the reverse side. I believe it reads Libort. The same design number is written on the front of the piece.
Leaves and flowers in dark tones with a decorative border. The design is attached to a white ground using tape such that it could be quite easily removed.
Size of design: 44 x 18.5 cms or 17 1/4 x 19 inches.
Size of surround: 50 x 32.5 cms or 19 1/2 x 12 3/4 inches.
Condition: Near Fine. The design is fresh and clean. There is some slight wear close to the base . A closed tear on the lower part of the left hand edge has been repaired from the reverse side.
