Heavy handmade paper with black and white design of male gladiatorial figures in athletic poses.
French.
Size: 29 x 23 cms or 12 1/2 x 9 inches.
Date: 1740.
Condition: Very Good. The paper is slightly tanned at the edges. There are two brown marks beneath the main image. Some spots of tanning. Otherwise clean and remarkably fresh.
An ideal piece for framing.
