An autumnal scene. Green, rust and beige coloured leaves on an aqua coloured ground. The design is painted onto beige paper and attached with tape to a white ground such that it could be removed quite easily. Pencil marks show in various places across the design since it is painted onto a pencilled grid.
Size of design: 38.2 x 26.3 cms or 15 x 10 1/4 inches.
Size of surround: 50 x 39 cms or 19 1/2 x 15 1/4 inches.
Condition: Near Fine. The design is fresh and clean. There are faint spots and other marks on the beige surround. A closed tear at the top edge and a short closed tear on the right hand edge have both been repaired from the reverse side of the design.
