Sent to friends from Cissy and Louis Sterling in 1946 at the end of World War II.
The whole is printed on fine quality paper.
Open the card measures 51 x 22.2 cms or 20 x 8 inches.
The large printed image show a darkened house during air raids and bombings; then finally a house lit up to welcome visitors once peace has arrived. The cover shows the initials of the senders. The second page shows a neat motto that celebrates peace.
Condition: Very Good. The cover is slightly worn and marked. There is a faint mark at the bottom edge that might be ink. The interior remains clean and fresh.
