Pierre Joseph Buchoz (1731-1807) was a French physician, lawyer and passionate naturalist. He produced some of the finest illustrated works on natural history of the period.
Condition: Very Good. There is a dark mark on one corner of the coloured part of the plate. The number of the plate is written in pencil. There are two strips of paper fixed to the reverse side that, as far as I can tell, serve no purpose.
