Juste-Francois Boucher (1736-1784) was an architect, draughtsman, printmaker and etcher and engraver.
Size of whole sheet : 46 x 30.6 cms or 18.2 x 12.1 inches.
Size of engraved image: 32.6 x 19.8 cms or 12.7 x 7.9 inches.
Condition: Very Good. The deckle edged hand made paper is creased at one corner, slightly grubby and torn at the edges. There are some small marks across the surface of the piece - dark dots and foxing - that have to do with use or age. Also two small holes at the top of the plate from the original binding.
