The drawings illustrate familiar rhymes: Simple Simon, Little Boy Blue, Little Miss Muffet, Little Jack Horner etc.
They are of British origin. The artist and publisher of the book are unknown.
Size: 22 x 28 cms or 8 1/2 x 11 inches.
Condition: Very Good. The coloured image is clean; just lightly marked at the white top edge. The pencil drawings and the ink drawing are generally lightly marked; but in the main clean. Some drawings are annotated by the editor of the book. The pictures shown are annotated in biro pen. The third annotation is in pencil. The whole book is held together by two staples.
