Printed between 1774 and 1780.
Size: 47.5 x 29 cms or 18 3/4 x 11 1/2 inches.
Pierre Joseph Buchoz (1731-1807) was a French physician, lawyer and passionate naturalist. He produced some of the finest illustrated works on natural history of the period.
Condition: Near Fine. The plate is, but for a few very small dark spots scattered across the surface, very clean. There are two strips of paper fixed to the reverse side that, as far as I can tell, serve no purpose.
