An antique embossed paper image of a sunflower with decorative embossed border and accompanying poem in black script.
The image dates from the late 1800’s.
The frame is modern. Limed pale wood and clear, non-reflective glass. The ivory mount complements the cream coloured image. The lack of the slight tinge of green that is in ordinary glass shows the white image to best effect.
The image within the mount measures 23.5 x 18.5 cms or 9 1/8 x 7 1/4 inches.
The frame measures: 35 x 30.5 cms or 13 x 3/4 x 12 inches.
Condition: Very Good. The image is very clean considering its age.
