Condition: Very Good. The cover is slightly worn at the corners and top and bottom of the spine. There are cracks in the hinges at the first and rear endpapers but the binding remains secure. The title page and the image opposite are foxed. This due, I suspect, to the presence of a tissue guard. The other images in the book are not guarded and remain clean. All of the images are present. The pages within remain clean and fresh. A bookseller's sticker - the book was first sold in Liverpool - is on the first endpaper. A previous owner’s name is written in ink on the endpaper.
