Three meat dishes from a Victorian Cookbook.

Undated but known to have been produced in the 1880’s.
The plain, yet wonderfully striking images show a steak and oyster pie, some mutton cutlets and roast filet of beef.
Size: 17.5 x 25 cms or 6 3/4 x 10 inches.
Condition: Very Good. The paper is slightly tanned and the steak and oyster pie is marked by a very small bluish dot. The images are otherwise fresh and clean.
Ideal items for framing and display in both modern and traditional interiors.
