Size: 47.5 x 29 cms or 18 3/4 x 11 1/2 inches.
Pierre Joseph Buchoz (1731-1807) was a French physician, lawyer and passionate naturalist. He produced some of the finest illustrated works on natural history of the period.
Condition: Very Good. There is a dark spot at the bottom right of the plate and a few other marks scattered across the surface. It is otherwise clean. There are two strips of paper fixed to the reverse side that, as far as I can tell, serve no purpose.
